This riff on the Negroni features an Italian alpine amaro that adds a minty, pine essence to this fall cocktail.

  • Clear Creek Douglas Fir brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz Juniper gin
  • 1 oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 1/4 oz Braulio Amaro
  • Salt
  • Garnish: Lemon pigtail
  1. Rinse a rocks glass with Douglas Fir brandy.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice.

  3. Shake, and strain over fresh ice into the rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with a lemon pigtail.
