Mix the dry ingredients, then add the egg yolk, melted butter and water. Mix with the baking sheet until it reaches the consistency of a pancake dough. Wash the fruits and cut them into suitable pieces, add the raspberries, sprinkle with 100 g of sugar, peel and grate the leaves and sprinkle with the juice of the leaves. Grease a tray with oil and line it with flour, put the pudding, add the fruit on the whole surface, and on top put the chicken with a white spoon and all the foam. Bake the pudding on the right heat for 25 minutes and cut it until it cools.

Ingredient:

Method of preparation:

Scramble the cottage cheese, add two egg yolks, the powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar and mix until the composition becomes perfectly homogeneous. Add the beaten egg whites and the well-washed raisins and then leave to dry. Leave the buns in the milk, squeeze and rub until they become a paste.

Add the egg yolks, butter and sugar, and mix well. Add the beaten egg whites, gradually incorporating. Grease a bowl of Jena with butter and powder with breadcrumbs. Pour half of the composition, put the cheese filling on top and then the other half. Leave in the hot oven at the right heat for about half an hour.

& # 8211 250 gr ricotta cheese
& # 8211 50 gr fine granulated sugar
& # 8211 125 gr white chocolate, crushed

Beat the cream until you notice that it starts to thicken, incorporate the cottage cheese and half the sugar. Put the chocolate in a bain-marie to melt. Let the chocolate cool for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, then add it over the cream mixed with the cheese. Put the obtained composition in six individual pudding forms. Level the surface of the pudding with a spoon and put the forms in the fridge where you will leave them for 4 hours.

Put the fruit and the remaining sugar in a saucepan, over low heat, stirring gently, until the sugar melts. Add Cointreau. Soak the pudding forms in hot water for 30 seconds and turn them over on the dessert plates. With a spoon put fruit and sauce over them and serve immediately.

This recipe is a suggestion from SOLARIS, which sells various types of wholemeal flour, obtained by slow grinding on traditional stone mills.

We can choose from different varieties of cereals, seeds and legumes as well rice flour, rye, spelled wheat, buckwheat, oats, barley, millet, chickpeas, lentils, locust beans or flax.

Rice pudding with fruit

These healthy, nutrient-rich flours can be bought in health food stores or on the Internet.

Can be used both in the preparation of bread, as well as at biscuits, cookies, pancakes, pies, tarts, puddings, cake, cakes, schnitzels, meatballs, drob and other compositions requiring flour.

In this recipe is used wholemeal rice flour, which is generally a good alternative to wheat flour or from other cereals containing gluten and sugars.

It is a good choice for people with gluten intolerance or allergy, as well as for those who are on a diet.

Rice flour contains magnesium, zinc, selenium and manganese, fibers, vitamins in the group B and antioxidants.

Due to the minerals, it is also recommended in the diet of people with anemia or states of weakness.

Rice and fruit pudding - recipe

• 100 g of wholemeal rice flour
• 500 g of seasonal fruit
• 50 ml of oil
• invert sugar
• cinnamon, lemon peel, vanilla (or other flavors)

The fruit must be juicy, as no milk, water or other liquid is used in the preparation of the pudding. You can use apples, pears, plums, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or other berries.

Wash the fruits and cut them into cubes or put them on a grater, depending on their consistency.

In a bowl, mix the rice flour with the chopped / grated fruit. Add the oil, sugar or honey, lemon peel and your favorite flavors.

Stir gently, without crushing the fruit completely.

Transfer the composition to a small, round or square tray / shape, greased with oil and lined with rice flour.

Put the tray in the hot oven and let the pudding cook over medium heat. In 40-50 minutes it should be ready.

Rice flour can also be obtained at home, by grinding whole grains of rice through an electric coffee grinder. The flour will not come out as fine as the one you bought. The pudding will have a more viscous consistency.

You can use coconut oil, which in addition to containing fats that help to lose weight, has the property of hardening the preparations in which it is added, after they are cold.

Coconut oil is solid at low temperatures and becomes liquid at high temperatures.

Instead of invert sugar, you can use raw sugar, stevia, maple / agave syrup, or another sweetener. If you use honey, use it as a topping when serving, after the pudding has cooled.

An ingenious way to naturally sweeten a dessert is to use sweet fruits. Dates, figs and bananas are the best choices in this regard.

The dates can be soaked in water and mixed in a blender with a little water. They will turn into a very sweet paste, which can be added in various compositions (recipe here ). So are mashed bananas.
